Each week, learn a preschool appropriate Bible verse, and do crafts and activities around that letter. Let your creativity flow! (If you start in the fall first week of Sept, the letters align with the holidays perfectly.)

Letter L
"Let us Love one another." 1 John 4:7
-Make Lava Lamps empty water bottle, leaving an inch at the top for fizzing, fill mixture 2/3 canola oil, 1/3 water; add crushed Alka Selzer tablet and watch it bubble; when the bubbles (lava) runs out, add another tablet to repeat the chemical reaction; try shining a flashlight through it to illuminate the bubbles
- It's Valentines for us here, so we made Valentines for Love (upside down handprints, overlapped to form heart)
-Letters: Read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, make a Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Tree- cut out tree, coconuts from construction paper; print letters on the computer- I printed the letters in their name and had them pick them from a pile, to glue as well
-make a Lamb- cut lamb shape out of black construction paper, use cotton balls or dry oatmeal for wool
-collect Leaves, do a crayon rubbing
-find a larger oval rock- paint red for a Ladybug; use black paint for dots, stripe down middle, and eyes

"Be Kind to one another." Eph 4:32
-read the Kissing Hand, make a kissing hand, using handprin and a heart sticker in the middle
-kiss letter K with lipstick on
-eat Hershey Kisses
- cut out a tshirt form construction paper, embellish as you wish
- could also make a King's crown
-make a paper Kite, decorate as you wish, with streamer tail
