-glue a fruit loop rianbow
-do a rocket activity- we played with stomp rockets that we already had
-make a rocket balloon: use an empty juice or soda bottle, pour about 1/4 full with vinegar; fill a deflated balloon with baking soda, attached the balolon to the top of the bttle, thus dumping in the baking soda; bubbles start to fill the balloon and inflate it; might add more vinegar if it doesn't inflate too much the first time

-make a robot out of empty food boxes, google eyes, pipe cleaners

The Letter Q

"I am quick to follow Your commands." Psalms 119:32

-Read the story of Queen Esther in a children's Bible
-make Esther the Queen- I used yarn for hair, fabric scraps for a dress, aluminum foil for a crown, googly eyes, and lips cut out of a foam sheet
-Q Tip painting: use Q tips as paint brushes, to pain letter Q's and other fun things
-Guessing letters: use a wet Q Tip to write letters in the palm of your child, see if he or he can guess which letters you draw
-Colors Science Experiment: fill a shallow plate with milk; add red, yellow, and blue food coloring in each corner of the plate (spaced apart, like a triangle); dip Q tip in dish soap, letting it soak up a lot of the soap; dip the Q tip right in the middle of the plate of milk-something fun happens
